Subscription Period

We are providing subscription period of total 6 weeks, where in customer can avail our baskets for any 4 weeks. Additional 2 weeks we provided here, we call as Grace Weeks to allow customers to spare his subscription for a bit longer period. No pending deliveries will be carry forward post 6 weeks of subscription period.

Availing Grace Weeks

Customer can avail up to 2 weeks of grace period during given subscription period. While placing Subscription Order, Customer can mention any 2 weeks for which he/she wants to skip delivery by updating Notes Section. Alternately Customer, can write us at contact@boonsbasket.com before 3 PM on a day before his/her scheduled delivery day ( As per Delivery Schedule) to skip his/her weekly delivery & avail additional grace week.

Delivery Schedule

For Dry-Fruits Subscriptions, Customer can select any preferred delivery day of a week. Typically, 1st Delivery Day selected while placing the order will be considered as Default-Delivery Day for remaining subscription period. However, customer can write us at contact@boonsbasket.com to change delivery day to some other preferred day as needed.

For Fruits & Combo Subscriptions,Delivery Day will be the scheduled delivery day as per Delivery Schedule & this can’t be changed. Delivery attempt on delivery day between 7 AM-10 PM. We will try our level best to co-ordinate with customer to accommodate preferred delivery time-slot, however it cant be promised. Incase customer is not available, delivery will be handed over to neighbor, society watchmen. Please provide alternate preferred delivery person (Neighbor, Watchman) in Notes while placing order.

Delivery Address

Delivery Address can not be changed during entire subscription period.

Cancellations & Refunds

In Case of Cancellations during Subscription Period, 50 % Amount will be refunded on a pro-rated basis.

For Cancellations, Kindly send email to contact@boonsbasket.com with your Complete Order Details.

All Eligible Refunds will be processed with the original payment channel only and refund will take 5-8 working days to process.
