This Basket Contains, All Vegetables For a Medium Family of 3-4 People.

Typically Contains,

Masala Vegetables:

3 Lemons, Green Chilies- 100 gm, Ginger-100 gm, Garlic- 100 gm,Mint leaves- 100 gm, handful of Coriander & Curry leaves,

Essential & Salad Vegetables:

Tomatoes- 750 gm, Onions-750 gm, Potato- 750 gm, Cucumber- 500 gm, Carrots- 500 gm

Vegetables : Total 8 types from below list as follows.

  1.  Leafy Vegetables–  Any 2 Small Bunches from Spinach ( Palak), Methi, Spring Onion (Kandyachi Pat) , Rajgira,Lal Math,Shepu, Aluchi Pane, Ambada, Kardai
  2. Gourd Class Vegetables- Any 2 types 500 gms each from Pumkin (Lal Bhopala), Bottle Gourd (Dudhi Bhopala), Snake Gourd, Sponge Gourd, Ridge Gourd (Ghosale), Bitter Gourd (Karela)
  3. Bean Class Vegetables-  Any 2 types 500 gms each from Green Beans (Chawali), Cluster Beans ( Gawar) , Green Peas (Watane), Pawata,Walpapadi, Farasabi
  4. Any 2 types 500 gms each from Cauliflower , Cabbage, Brinjal ( Small Size), Brinjal ( For Bharata), Green Pepper (Simla/Dhobali Mirchi) , Tondali, Ladies Finger (Bhendi)
